FLOOD VICTIMS

These got drowned in the 2009 flood.

I'll leave the complicated stencils to Banksy.

Wish he was a Katrina victim.

Already a flood victim. Too much blood (OIL) in the brain.

BROCKTON -- William Wood stared coldly at Rev. John R. Hanlon, his former parish priest and the man who violated his body and his trust when he raped the former altar boy 14 years ago. "Finally, the shame and responsibility is where it belongs, on your shoulders, not mine," said Wood, now 27. "The sentence you receive will be minuscule compared to mine. You see, mine started 14 years ago and will continue until the day I die. Yours has just begun."

WISHING TO BE BACK AT 2ND BEACH, CURRENTLY

HOLIDAY PROJECT: Projector Wheel Clock

Another clock. This one is built into an old film reel projector wheel that belonged to my late grandfather Robert. So it was a perfect thing to make for me Ma. I still want to find some old film to put in it and let dangle.

HOLIDAY PROJECT: Hangin' On

Originally, the bird was to be wounded, with a splint or something on his right wing. Not the easiest thing to conceive, so under time constraint, I left it sort of ambiguous. The first drawing had no sling tho, so I guess this is O.G., whatever it may mean. I just think pigeons are lazy, even though they can fly quite well. This one's for Lara.

HOLIDAY PROJECT: Lighthouse Clock (Quicktime Movie)

Been making clocks out of kits. This one is Styrofoam backed (not recommended) with gel medium and gesso shell, and a card-stock face, printed with a cropped Andrew Wyeth lighthouse painting. The arms of the clock exit out of the window on the lighthouse. Cindy seems to dig it.
